Groupe Barba has set up a professional warning system available to all company employees, across all subsidiaries, as well as to external contractors.
This system allows for confidential reporting of any serious misconduct or violations of current laws that could constitute criminal or civil offenses, and more generally, any unethical behavior.
The warning system can be used in any situation, for example when the traditional approach of reporting to a direct or indirect supervisor is not possible. The use of this system is therefore optional by nature.
