Industrial Production Line Manager (M/F)

• You will coordinate one or more production teams and monitor the entire manufacturing cycle;
• You plan and organise people's activities in line with production requirements;
• You will integrate and train new recruits;
• You ensure compliance with safety rules and production requirements (quantity, deadlines, quality, cost, etc.) with a view to quality and productivity.
• You check and supervise the conformity of production and manufactured products, particularly with regard to labelling;
• You prepare orders and allocate available products according to departure times, customer requirements and available raw materials;
• You anticipate the production flow (shortages, preparation of raw materials, quality problems, etc.) in terms of deadlines, quantity and quality;
• You respect product rotation (FIFO: First in first out);
• You monitor and check the supply of materials and consumables to workshops and production lines and ensure their traceability;
• You ensure product traceability (raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, etc.);
• You analyse activity data and production malfunctions and recommend corrective action;
• You respect and check the application of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) rules;
• You will be responsible for maintaining, tidying and cleaning all the equipment and the production area (cutting, packaging, platform, fridge, storage, etc.).

With a background in production/agri-food, you will have successful experience in managing a production team or in mass distribution.

• Working hours Monday to Saturday
• Annual salary of €28 to €32k gross, fixed, depending on experience + €3800 variable salary, ESC + Employee profit-sharing
