As part of a replacement, the Barba Group is looking for a Production Administrative Assistant, based at our state-of-the-art site in Villeneuve les Beziers (34).

Reporting to the Production Manager and working as part of a team of 3 people, you will carry out the following tasks:

Working closely with the Production Manager, you may be required to carry out a variety of tasks relating to the production line. Your adaptability and versatility are essential.

1. Manage the day-to-day administration of the production management department

  • Workshop productivity file
  • Create and close Production Orders for the different production lines
  • Filling in thawing monitoring sheets in the cell
  • Edition of arrival labels and gluing
  • Edition of picking for the following day
  • GAS statements
  • Daily waste slips
  • Container arrivals

2. Managing stocks

  • Computerised management of consumables stock (orders, receipt at Akanéa) and stocktaking at the end of each month
  • Updating the theoretical stock in ERP: regular monitoring
  • Stocks of frozen products for injection following the arrival of containers

3. Managing productivity

  • Ensure that production flows are managed, taking account of supplies, the sequence of production runs and stock management.
  • Apply the productivity and yield requirements set by General Management
  • Create and monitor sales, cost price, productivity and yield indicators, and implement or recommend actions to optimise production
  • Be familiar with the various processes involved in processing raw materials (fish, cephalopods, etc.)

o In conjunction with the production manager and purchasing, draw up production schedules for the company's products or product ranges - Compile and process figures to enable the analyses required for decision-making - Comply with the FIFO standard and traceability in the management of consumables - Supply the production lines with materials to be processed - Summary of the various production lines :

o Cutting: batch analysis sheet

o Injection: daily production sheet and batch analysis sheets o Trays: rings, cuttlefish, slices o Skinpack

o Sales performance and batch analysis sheets

Conditions

  • Monday to Saturday mornings (every other Saturday)
